How do I download a case study? What do I do when I check out?

There is a simple 4-step process to pay for/download a case study:

How to buy and download the management Case study?

  1. Add a case study to the shopping cart
    You click the ‘Add to cart’ button on the case detail page. The selected case is then added to the shopping cart. You can choose to add more cases to the cart by clicking on continue shopping or can proceed to checkout by clicking on the PayPal payment logo appearing in the cart window. You can view the cart contents (case studies you have added) by clicking the ‘View Cart’ button appearing in the right sidebar on any page.
  2. Enter all your payment information
    If you have a PayPal account, you log into PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you enter all your payment information on a web page protected by PayPal. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.
  3. You review and complete the purchase on PayPal.
  4. You are automatically redirected to our website where you can download the case study PDF file.

What file format are the management case studies available in?

  1. All cases are available in PDF format.
  2. You can request a word document by sending an email to info@casestudyinc.com or Contact Help Desk

Will I receive a hard copy of the case at my mailing address?

No. Unfortunately we are currently only delivering the digital soft copy/electronic file(s) in PDF format.

What is the price of a case study?

Each case study is priced at 5 US dollars.
Will I be billed in my local currency?
Yes.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy a case study?
No. You need not have a PayPal account to buy a case study. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) — all without having a PayPal account.

Can I download the case study immediately/instantly?

  1. Yes.
  2. After a payment is made, you will be automatically re-directed to a download page where you will be able to download the case PDF.
  3. Please do not close the browser window when you are being re-directed.
  4. You will also receive an e-mail with a link(s) to the download page where you can download the case(s).

I successfully made a payment. However, I was unable to download the case as I was not automatically re-directed to the download page. What do I do?

You can check your email (the email id you entered when making the transaction) to see If you have received an email with the download link.

I did not receive an email with the download link. What do I do?

  1. You may have entered the wrong/incorrect email id while making the payment transaction.
  2. You can send an email with the transaction details (like PayPal transaction ID, case study purchased etc.) to info@casestudyinc.com
  3. We will attach and send you the PDF file.
  4. Please give us at least 24 hrs to respond to your mail (delay may be due to different time zone). Be rest assured, if you have made the payment transaction, we will send you the case study as soon as possible.
